I have been part of the “Skispeedy” story from the very beginning and remain completely enthusiastic. After the basic preparation with hot wax or liquid wax, the product is extremely easy to apply using the supplied cloth once the skis have been brushed and polished. It’s best to let Skispeedy dry and harden overnight so that the base is optimally sealed, and then briefly polish it with a nylon brush before ski training. This yields several advantages: with regular use, the basic wax stays in the base, the ski remains perfectly maintained, and you save a great deal of time on ski prep. In tests against various racing waxes, Skispeedy was always as fast or faster under all conditions, especially on wet snow or the typical spring snow. Thus, the product can be used in racing without hesitation. I can wholeheartedly recommend Skispeedy!

I received the product last Friday, and I had already waxed my race skis for the races on Saturday. I then quickly treated a second pair of skis with Speedy and brought them to the races. The weather was bad—damp, light freezing rain and minus 1–2 °C. My first impression was very good: the skis were very fast; on the pull path to the start I immediately noticed how the ski accelerated. I then warmed up and did two course inspections and both races with these skis. But I was truly impressed when, after the races, I skied over a slope with a long flat section down to the car park—I think the skis were even faster there. With traditional wax this would never have been possible, as it would have worn off long before. Today, Monday, I trained with the same skis, and they were still fast. Fantastic, many thanks.

We started the new ski season with Ski Speedy again on Saturday, and it worked wonderfully even on this snow. The cold, new snow was a completely different situation compared with the last runs in spring. Since, according to your information, Ski Speedy is effective for 18 months, I can still use up the existing pack for our pair of skis. I’ll be happy to contact you again once I’ve used it up. Let’s see if by then one or two of the acquaintances I told about Ski Speedy will have switched over. With the information below in your email, I now have even more good arguments for that.
